How can I place an order?

How can I pay for my goods?

If you send a purchase order, then we will send a Pro-forma invoice to your chosen address or accounts department. Pro-forma invoices can be paid for by credit or debit card, BACS payment or by sending a cheque to our address:

How long will my order take?
All product is imported directly from Lombardini Italy and hence if not is stock can take up to 5 days. However most common items are held in UK stock and can be with you in 3 days. Your goods will need to be signed for. If nobody is home to sign for your parcel, then royal mail should leave a note asking you to pick the item up from your local post office.

When you purchase through our secure system We don''t keep copies or even see your payment card details. No paper copies are ever made of your payment details for phone orders.
